Our Website Support Plan gives you a trusted partner in your corner – ready to help with updates, improvements, or simply answering those “can you just…” questions as they come up.
It’s designed for busy store owners who want to stay hands-off while knowing their site is in good shape. We keep things simple, practical, and focused on your goals – without tying you into unnecessary extras.
Included each month:
- Priority support via email
- Minor content updates (e.g. text, image or link changes)
- Quarterly virtual check-ins to review site performance
- Optional Google Analytics report (on request)
- Up to 4 hours of support time – use it, or don’t
You stay in control. We stay in touch. And your store keeps running smoothly, month after month.
How the Website Support Plan works.
- Billed monthly with a 12-month commitment – auto-renews each year
- Fair use policy: up to 4 hours/month, non-cumulative
- Support is handled by email or WhatsApp – response time typically 1–2 working days
- We'll invite you to a virtual check-in every 3 months
- To cancel, provide 30 days’ notice before your renewal date
This plan covers day-to-day support and light-touch updates. Larger changes or technical work will be scoped and quoted separately if needed.
Hosting and Shopify platform fees are not included – these remain your responsibility and are paid directly to Shopify or other providers. See Terms & Conditions
