How we estimate

Every quote is a reasonable estimate with clearly stated assumptions, not a fixed price.

  • If the work comes in under the estimate, you pay the lower actual figure.
  • If it's heading over, we stop close to the agreed budget and check in with you on how you'd like to proceed, before continuing.
